We have a new facility to make the forum easier for those with visual impairments to use.

Log in and go to your User Control Panel (click on the arrow alongside your name below the pictures at the top right of the page) and then choose 'Board Preferences' from the tabs.

Scroll down and you will have two new options. The first is to enlarge the text on the forums by varying amounts. The choices range from 105% (for people who just find the font a little smaller than they would like) to 400% (for those with sever visual difficulties).

There is also an option to have all the text in bold, making it stand out more.

If there are other things that we might be able to do to help anyone who has difficulties in using the forums, please let us know - if we can help, we will.

This is great Caroline, I have a cataract but have deferred treatment for a while due to family circumstances and had not thought to try and make life easier! Many thanks
