Sorry it has been so long since my last update. As you can imagine Christmas was a little strange this year and all the travelling to and from hospital left little time.

Anyway I am pleased to report good progress and I actually brought Linda home last night. We still have a long road ahead but we gain more confidence with each step we take.

I do hope you all had a good Christmas and that the New Year brings you renewed vigour towards any resolutions you made.

I would also like to thank you all for your prayers and for helping me through this difficult time.

You are all in my daily prayers

:votive2: :votive1: :votive2:
:votive1: Peace be with You :votive1:

This is wonderful news Phil and please give my Best Wishes to Linda.
It must be wonderful to be home again after such a long spell in hospital but what an amazing journey you have both taken ..there are few who can relate to all you have been through over the past months and it has been an honour and privilege to share in prayer for you both.

Thank you so much for keeping us updated, I can only imagine how busy you have been and yet you still thought to drop us a line, you have been in my thoughts and prayers daily and it would be good to hear from you as and when you have a moment.

May I take this opportunity to wish you both, with the Blessing of our loving Lord, a very Happy, Healthy and Peaceful New Year in 2014.

I'm glad for you both! Prayers for a smooth transition to full health. May you each be well supported as you acclimatize to the interruptions and changes of the last few months.

I'm sure there are many new blessings in store for Linda and yourself this new year. I've enjoyed getting to know you on the boards and in the chat while Linda's been ill and your positivity has encouraged me too.

Glad to hear the good news, Phil. :sing2:

You said that things were going to be quite tricky so I think everyone understood the hiatus in updates and I'm sure we were all sending up a prayer every time we thought of you.

Prayers for you both as Linda continues the journey to recovery. She must feel SO much better being at home!

How wonderful for both of you !! That is brilliant news

Praying for Linda to continue recovery and for you both to catch your breath now and look to the future with more peace than I'm sure you've had for some time.

Hi everyone and I hope you are all well.

Life has been a bit hectic recently with Linda home and trying to find her feet, trying to get some fitness back now. Still finds things tiring but other than that is doing really well.

I have returned to work and have been playing catch up on the things I had parked previously. I simply don't know where the time has gone we are almost through the first quarter of the year, WOW

Anyway, I will be closing this thread now, but I wanted to thank you all once again. Your support and guidance through this immensely difficult time was invaluable. You are all in my prayers. I hope to catch up with you all one Friday.

Thank you all once again

 :cross: :votive2: :votive1: :votive2: :cross:
:votive1: Peace be with You :votive1:

that's brilliant Phil, it must be so strange getting back to normal now after such a traumatic time for you all.

I hope as each week passes you can all relax more and more into your former routines and maybe grow some new ones that celebrate wellness and new healthy horizons.
