Organ Donation

Post by PHIL_S » Thu Dec 10, 2015 9:32 am

Today we give thanks, 2 years ago linda received her gift of life, A new liver.

We plan to return to the hospital to thank the staff both medical and support services for all they do. We offer small tokens of our appreciation as a gesture.

Please join me in praying for

Those who are currently waiting for transplants and their families.
Those who have become donors and the families who have supported their believe
The doctors, nurses and Support staff for their skills and dedication in all areas
To the Transplant co-ordination team for their support. they help those waiting and those who have received. They help those families who are grieving.

I give thanks to the Lord for the skills, dedication and courage of these people

Hard to believe it was two years ago Phil!!

I have been keeping you both in my prayers and think it is a wonderful moment to give thanks and think of others in similar circumstances.

It's really wonderful that you found us when you needed us, Phil. And delighted that Linda got through her transplant so well.
