Help please

I have been having stomach problems for quite some time now ..initially it was thought the strong medication I was taking for my arthritis might be responsible and I self medicated with an over the counter treatment called Ranitidine..possibly for over 14 months off and on. However, things have come to a head and I have been quite poorly for the past month. I am on several different medications to try and get on top of it and tomorrow I get the results of several investigations.
I would appreciate your prayers please.

Nothing sinister showed up.
One test did come back positive and I have commenced treatment already which if successful should have me feeling more sociable again pretty soon.

The very intensive antibiotic therapy for the H Pylori appears to have been successful and the gastric ulcer is healing nicely.
I feel very much better
